Who can use the Management Information Dashboard®?
The Management Information Dashboard® is normally used mainly by business executives (entrepreneurs, directors and managers), but may also be set up for use by middle management or operational employees. Because the product utilises a smart authorisation principle, users only see that information which is relevant and suitable for them.
How are the measuring criteria determined?
The measuring criteria are a reflection of your strategic goals, and our consultants define the criteria, working closely with you. The Management Information Dashboard® is capable of working with all of the commonly used methods of measurement such as the Balanced Score Card, the INK model/EFQM model, the Customer Satisfaction Cockpit and HKZ (Harmonisation of quality review in health care & welfare).
How does the Management Information Dashboard® work?
The Management Information Dashboard® does not interfere with pre-existing applications, instead forming a ‘shell’ around those systems. On a central server within your organisation’s domain, the Management Information Dashboard® collects, aggregates and analyses the information from your ERP, HRM, quality management, CRM, document management and/or accounting applications.
My organisation has its own IT department. What role can they play in all of this?
The installation and configuration of the server on which the Management Information Dashboard® is stored may be carried out by your own IT department. In addition, we can train your IT employees as needed in the maintenance and expansion of the Management Information Dashboard®.
Do I have to install a program myself?
No. We install the Management Information Dashboard® one time on a central server. Via an online web interface (which may be accessed via a standard Internet browser), you can log in and see your own organisation’s results.
Is my information safe?
Yes, your information will be stored on a server within your own domain, in a manner comparable to that used for your other critical business applications (such as your ERP or CRM packages). Your own IT department or IT partner will ensure the safety of your information, based on the recommendations we provide them with, of course.
